The Climate Change (Duties of Public Bodies: Reporting Requirements) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 updates the list of public bodies that must prepare reports on compliance with climate change duties. UKCA marking

Guidance has been published explaining how to use the UKCA marking at the end of the transition period with the EU on 1 January 2021. The UKCA is a new UK product marking that will replace CE marking for products placed on the market in England, Wales and Scotland. cedr.ec/79q
